Why Rice Paper?
Rice paper is best known for making fresh spring or summer rolls. Using the same techniques to make the spring and summer rolls, you can recreate your favorite dishes using rice paper instead of pasta/bread or rice. All you need is rice paper, fresh herbs along with few of your favorite vegetables and your choice of protein. Every bite is amazingly fresh and delicious!
